The tasks of a field technician are varied and developing and differ slightly from customer to customer. If you enjoy being active at work, meeting different customers, and learning about new products, then this job might be for you!

The job involves installations, troubleshooting, and repairs of cash register systems, scanners, workstations, ATMs, switches, access points, servers, and storage. Customers are in finance, retail, and office sectors, and you will provide service and handle incidents. You will work in the Jönköping area, with travel to other locations in the vicinity. A valid driver's license (B) and a personal vehicle are required. Of course, we will reimburse you for mileage and any additional costs such as parking that are required for the job.

Working hours are during office hours on weekdays, and initially, you will receive training from one of our other technicians. The role is a permanent position with a probationary period through Barona, and the start date is negotiable. We are flexible to start immediately or after the summer.
The salary range for this role is 24,000 SEK - 25,000 SEK for full-time work.

The main tasks of the role are:
· Store installations (Cash register systems, networks, servers)
· PC and Server (Installation & troubleshooting)
· Network components (Installation & troubleshooting switches, access points)
· Installation and troubleshooting of software such as Microsoft Windows
· Installation and troubleshooting of hardware

Who are you?
· You have some experience in installation, hardware, networking, printers, and other peripherals.
· You are familiar with the Windows environment and used to working independently as well as in a team.
· As a person, you are communicative, structured, and flexible in your approach to work at the customer site, and you enjoy collaborating with others to achieve your goals.
· You are handy and have a technical interest that is evident in your work.
· You speak Swedish and English fluently and have a valid driver's license.
